Serves individuals 19 years or older recovering from serious mental illness, designed to help them reclaim their lives and reestablish themselves in the community. Psychiatric day treatment is available at the clubhouse. Other services include Park Place Transitional Residential Rehabilitation (and respite), Crisis Prevention Program (CPP) (community support and medication management support) and apartments.
