VETSET Nebraska is a program through Nebraska’s local health departments to outreach to rural Veterans and their family members to assist in transition and getting them connected to services needed. VETSET Coordinators connect to service providers I your area to assess how they can better understand and accommodate Veterans and their families for a smoother transition out of the military. VETSET Coordinators also can provide individual one on one education about military competencies and what that transition looks like for the Veteran populations that they serve. If you would like to know more about VETSET Nebraska contact a VETSET Coordinator at your lock health department for more information.
