WIC (Women, Infant and Child), participants receive nutrition and health education tailored to their needs. Vouchers are issued to provide healthy food and infant formula to eligible mothers and children up to age 5.
Immunization Program, Youth who receive Medicaid may receive vaccines for children (VFC). Walk-ins welcome at most clinic. Bring Medicaid card, Medicaid Managed Care Insurance card and immunization records.
Commodities Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income elderly persons at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA Foods.
Food Pantries provide up to one week’s food supply based on household size. Clients are eligible for assistance four times per year (once per quarter).
Weatherization provides installation of energy saving materials in home to assist in lowering heating and cooling costs.
Family Outreach offers a variety of programs that promote the strengths in families by providing the following assistance to families in crisis: Linkage to resources, advocacy for services, financial counseling and attainment of goals.

General assistance provide the necessities of life to persons who meet the eligibility guidelines (Income & employment). Necessities of life include shelter and heat. Does not cover deposits, phone, sundries or food. Emergency medical assistance can also be provided when eligibility guidelines are met.
