Victim Advocates provides crisis/emergency services and shelter for the victims of domestic violence, elder abuse, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking.
Environmental Program: providing Radon testing, Indoor air quality assessments, Energy efficiency evaluations, Environmental education and outreach, Brownfield Assessments, Tribal Response Program, Environmental Research

Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) is a federal law that protects the best interests of Indian children and promotes the stability and security of Indian families and tribes. Covers enrolled or eligible for enrollment unmarried children under the age of 18. Covers foster care placement, termination of parental rights and pre-adoptive & adoptive placement.
Family Support/General Assistance assist individuals experiencing personal crisis through the following direct and referral services. Topics of information and referrals, direct services, and assistance for families.

Foster Parent Recruitment & Licensing includes 10-week training and home study
Santee Health & Wellness Center includes dental services, medical services, optical services and Healthy Start program.

WIC (Women, Infant and Child), participants receive nutrition and health education tailored to their needs. Vouchers are issued to provide healthy food and infant formula to eligible mothers and children up to age 5. Open to tribal members and anyone living within radius of reservation.

Little Moccasins, is a health start program. Completing home visits, provide transportation to doctor visits, provide parenting classes, breastfeeding support, car seat education and referrals to needed programs. Work will families during the pregnancy to have a positive outcome and make sure the babies get immunizations and health care as needed till age 3 years.

Buffalo Program: serves to restore and sustain the buffalo on Ponca lands.

Enrollment: oversees the addition of individuals onto the Tribal roll and maintains current records of membership.
Education: offers need-based funding assistance to its members in the following post-secondary programs: higher education, adult vocational training, and graduate/post graduate, GED testing fees, incentive bonus, and youth initiatives program.

Chafee/Youth Services is a program focusing on Native American youth providing those who have previously been or currently in Foster Care with Independent Living skills to assist in having a successful transition to adulthood.
Project Venture/Youth Services is an outdoor experiential youth develop program designed for high-risk American Indian youth.
Human Resources department manages the talents and resources of employees, as well as directing the pogroms that protect employees, Tribal property and business operations.

Ponca Tribal Court is an independent branch of government. The court consists of a Tribal Court and an Appellate Court. Only handles civil cases including but is not limited to: marriage licenses, divorces, child custody, guardianships, name changes, child support and protection orders.
Child Support Program will assist to establish paternity, location of the non-custodial parent, establishing new child support order, and collection and distribution of child support.
Ponca Express is public transportation within city limits and rural areas. There is no cost to tribal members.
Behavioral Health/Mental Health supports mental health with counseling, evaluations, treatment, and testing.
Behavioral Health for Youth provides specific programs designed to educate youth on the harmful effects of alcohol and drugs, giving them the knowledge and skills to avoid substance abuse.
Ceremonies and Sweats recognizes the importance of incorporating the traditional methods of healing into the lives of Native Americans.
Diabetes Programs for registered tribal members will receive glucose testing supplies, diabetes education classes, nutrition consultations, Nurse Foot care clinic, cooking classes and more.
Ponca Hills Health & Wellness Center includes dental services, medical services and pharmacy services.
Purchased/Referred Care funds are intended to assist Tribal members in payment of healthcare when no other sources is available or to supplement other sources is available or to supplement other alternate resources in the event they have been exhausted.
Public Health Department is to protect promote, and advance the health and safety of Native communities in the PTN Service Delivery Areas.
Community Health Representative serve as liaisons between the healthcare provider and client. Providing outreach, health education and promotion and disease prevention to the Native communities residing in the PTN Service Delivery Areas.
Northern Ponca Housing Authority is the tribally designated housing entity for the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. Low rent housing program, down payment assistance, home ownership/home improvement assistance, maintenance services, home ownership/tenant counseling, finance, and credit and budget counseling for the home buyer.
